The Macy’s Day Thanksgiving Day Parade with the NYPC Transit Bureau K9 Unit in NYC 2023

Getting in this year was definitely more difficult this year and the crowds were enormous. I did get in once they did a security check and the handy red book.
This year is Lt.John Pappas’s last Thanksgiving Parade after 26 years serving in the NYPD and 18 years of those devoted as the Commanding Officer of the NYDP the Transit Bureau K9 unit. He will be missed by his officers and the city of New York.
